Takeover of milde Hydraulik gmbh

As of August 30, 2022, we take over 100% of the shares in Milde Hydraulics GmbH in Wurzen, retroactive to January 1, 2022. Both companies belong to HN-Holding GmbH Schwerin.

Milde-Hydraulik is known regionally and nationally for the construction of aggregates and the qualified hydraulic service.

The mutual goal of the takeover is to bundle the existing high level of expertise in the areas of hydraulic system technology, test bench and aggregate construction as well as hydraulic service.

Our capacity has been significantly increased through the takeover in terms of performance and this can be made available to our current and future customers.

Review audit passed successfully

On July 8th, 2022 we had our first review audit since the takeover of HN Holding. We have successfully mastered this and are still in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

We then agreed on further certifications, which will be initiated in the coming months.

RB LEIPZIG AND GRILLING

On June 28th we had a special visitor. Some colleagues were more and some less happy about the chance to hold the trophy in their hands. Nevertheless, the enthusiasm to lift the trophy prevailed.

Afterwards, we ended the day with a small summer party.
